Signatures Save Sanity

Holly had a habit of reusing old emails.  She knew it was more efficient than rewriting them or even copying and pasting them into a new email, but sometimes she forgot to remove old information before resending them.  Naturally, this caused some confusion, so Holly created Signatures in Outlook and use them as templates for the messages she sends frequently.

Now, with an arsenal of templated emails at her disposal (AKA “Signatures” in Outlook), Holly simply chooses the correct one and customizes it to the recipient.  By using Signatures, she avoids sending messages with errors, and she saves herself valuable time.
